About Us
Since starting to breed Siamese and Oriental cats in 2009, Myprecious Siamese and Oriental Cats has been known for an unparalleled commitment to producing well adjusted, well balanced and well socialised kittens. It’s this standard of commitment that has provided the impetus for us to grow into the breeders we are today.

In 2020 we took the decision to diversify our breeds, and thus the Chartreux cat entered our lives.

We imported 4 cats from France, from a breeder who was well respected, and that, as they say, is that! In 2022 we had our first litter, and to say they are different to Siamese is an understatement! However, they are all healthy, happy, playful and very - Blue - lol!

Our homebred kittens are always microchipped and neutered before they go to their new, forever homes, that way we make sure that they are vet checked at least 4 times before they leave. Twice when vaccinated, twice at neutering and post operation check.

What cats have we got - Exactly?

We have 2 Chartreux girls, 1 Chartreux boy , we also have 3 Oriental girls, 1 Siamese girl and 1 Oriental boy.

Not forgetting the older cat - Billie, a Siamese, neutered and been with us since birth. And Bob. A feral cat we captured and neutered with the aim to let him go back to being feral and living in our barn. That didn't work as he became super friendly so now we have a moggy to add to our family, along with our 2 dogs, Jack and Buster. And we also gave a home to two more feral cats, George and Mildred, black and white brother and sister, from Ceredigion Cat Rescue.

All our cats are vaccinated, wormed every 3 months, flea treated, teeth checked and sorted out when necessary - nothing is too much for our animals.

Our breeding cats are members of the family. They have one litter per 12-14 months, and no more that 4 litters in their lifetime. Each girl that is neutered either joins our pet brigade, or, if she is particular in the company she wants to keep, we try our best to find her the perfect loving home. Despite the myth, not all cats like multi cat households, and not all breeders just throw away their 'finished' adults.

Just like humans, some cats love the company of other cats, some cats love the company of humans, some cats really would rather not have other cats - especially female cats - butting in on their human.
